Round-trip shipping is included in the payment amount.
The kit is shipped to the address entered at purchase, and collection also takes place only at that same address. Collection from another location is not possible, which may prevent the service from proceeding.

- The seller covers the courier fee for returning the kit after sample collection.
- When returning the kit for collection, please leave it at the location where it was delivered. (Collection from any other location is not supported, and the test cannot proceed.)
- Small-parcel delivery typically takes 1-2 business days from the shipping date, but delivery times may vary depending on region, oversized items, installation, scheduling, or shipping delays.
